Abstract Traffic due to automobiles is a major problem in many urban places India as well other countries. Malfunctioning of the traffic lights and various dysfunctionalities has led congestion which hurts economy, environment, overall quality life. Hence it very important manage effectively. In this paper, prototype proposed for management system using IR sensors, Arduino, serial parallel shift register, LED displays. The density measured by placing sensors at 4 lane junction after certain distance. data collected from used dynamically change sequence green light delays. road implemented proteus software.
